Day 12:Shred DVD

good news first.....

I've lost 1/4" off of my behind! OH YEA! UH HUH! SCOOBY DOO!

I worked out this AM, man day 5 kills me!

I'm working on my way to getting down out of the 130's I just know it!

level 2 of Shred just tore me up today!

I'm already sore, but I'm glad I decided to treat today like a last chance workout. Whew. I worked out hard! Almost threw up too. It was awesome.

tomorrow is my off day! OH YEA!!!
