I got up this AM, and weighed myself...
I lost NOTHING...zero...no weight
but, I'm not going to let it get me down, because I figured as much.
I believe it's because I maintain weight at 1300-1500 cals per day, so next week I'm going to eat 1200-1300 per day to see how that does.
this is the hardest battle with the buldge I've had. It's crazy. I'm working my hardest & I only maintained.
but at least I didn't gain.
I feel great!
