03/14/09 fitness report.

I thought I posted this yesterday, but I did banish fat boost metabolism ☺ on Friday, had weigh in (128 lbs)

and today

I did BFBM and the following work on my arms
(quickie)

standing dumbbell curl-15lbs x's 30-30
overhead dumbbell extension-15lbs x's 30-30
