cover school...I'm just sayin'

I received our packet today from our cover school & for the first time since starting with them it looks terrible. I'm so disappointed.....

for example, the pages were copied on cheap paper, etc. with (obvious) pages copied (like the lines from other pages, etc), and the worst of it all? SEVERAL misspelled words.

how can I have confidence in my cover school with such shabby work?

I'm just sayin'....
