Friday Night Knitting Club book.

don't buy it. Don't read it....just don't.

I won't spoil it for those of you that are trying to make it thru the book, but it's honestly not worth the time it takes to read it.......it is 'rushed' and the author was too quick to pull out the 'character is going to die' trait that made the book feel very unreal. The author also made mistakes in flow of the descriptions of characters, and if New Yorkers always use cuss words as descriptions in sentences the way that the author tied them into sentences, it's a wonder anyone can tie their shoes out there, let alone make any money owning a business.

this is the authors first book, so I will be gentle. I will not, however, read the sequel.

what I've started reading this week

written by Kate Jacobs (her first novel)

I'm a few pages in (12 or so) and despite it's failure to flow in certain areas, and how some of the descriptions in the paragraphs are a little off, the book is 'okay'. There are some cuss words in this book that are apparently in there just 'for flavor' because they really make no sense to the story, and add no value to it.

when compared to the book I just read its dismal.
