low incline press 30lbs. x's 12, 50lbs. x's 8-8-8 (10 count negative last rep)

stiff legged dead lift 30lbs. x's 12, 50lbs x's 10-8

overhead db press 8 x's 12-12-12

(explosive) lunge 10-10-10

-2min quad stretch-

feet on ball/close grip pu & walk out
