I wore a size 3 to my uncles wake. SCORE!
down to 126 lbs. one more pound & I will have lost 30 lbs. Those that thought an old lady like me couldn't do it....you were so wrong! LOL LOL
I got up this AM ready to workout!!!!! I did bfbm & it feels great to be 100% back at it!
last week I didn't eat very much.....I was so upset I wasn't hungry, but I'm going to be on task this week. I don't expect weight loss for the next few weeks, but I'm going to stick with it no matter what. I love being fit. NOTHING tastes as good as being fit feels...oh yea! HOOO RAH! Rock on!
