whew. I had a great workout today in my new kickers ☺ FUN!
I went to level 3 of Shred, and it felt AWESOME!!! I love the traveling push-ups ☺
after my shred I did the following:
axe chop 15lbs. x's 10-10-10
db squat 35lbs x's 15/grip change 15-15
standing overhead press (barbell) 30lbs x's 12-10-10-12
seated lateral raise on ball db's 5lbs x's 15-15
standing 15 lbs x's 10-12
exercise ball db press 15lbs. x's 10-10-10-10
ball planks-15 seconds, 20 seconds, 25 seconds, 30 seconds
overhead db extension-15 lbs x's 20-20-20 (assisted)
oh it was awesome!
great workout!
