03/12/09 fitness report.

this AM, I did my Shred DVD and

I did an hour of weight resistance training, as follows:

  • dead lift- 30lbs x's 15 (warm up), 50lbs. x's 12, 80 lbs. x's 10, x's 10
  • stiff legged deadlift- 50 lbs x's 8-8-8-7
  • lying dumbbell hamstring curl- 15 lbs. 6-10-15-15
  • lying incline bench row (dumbbell)-15lbs. x's 12-12-12-
  • bent barbell row-50lbs. x's 9-8-6
  • towel bar row- 30lbs. x's 12-12-12-12-15
  • frog jumps (outside)- 50 jumps
