Day 7:Shred DVD

yep. I got up this am & decided to do workouts for 5 times this week. That left me with only 2 off I can feel the burn!

I also weighed myself this am.......I hate water weight...I hate how it comes & goes a few pounds at a time & how I have to lose like 10 lbs for 5 to show on the scales consistantly thru the week...being a shorty is no fun!

I'm looking forward to my off day tomorrow! YIPEEE!
