I have a sick day, but I still got up & worked out this AM. I'm glad I did. Strangely, I felt better....a little better. But, if I could go back to bed, I would.......*aaaahhhh chooo*
I'm so happy tomorrow is my off day, and I plan on trying to rest up & lay around (after church, of course) and try to get well before Monday.
my workouts this week were as follows
Monday-BFBM
Tuesday-Shred
Wednesday-off
Thursday-BFBM
Friday-BFBM
Saturday-BFBM
(Banish Fat Boost Metabolism)
and it all totalled up to 5.5 hours this week. Instead of doing Shred today, I decided to do BFBM, for that extra 'kick'...instead of having 4.5 hours, have 5.5 hours (approx).
man. I am sick. blah.
